Donations:
All donations received will be utilized to fulfill the mission and objectives of Let the Heroes Know.
Donors can be assured that their contributions will directly contribute to supporting our Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, and First Responders.
Redistribution of Household Items and Personal Goods:
Any donation of household items or personal goods will be gratefully accepted.
These items will be redistributed to our heroes, ensuring that they reach those in need.
In the event that there is no immediate need for a donated item, Let the Heroes Know may, at its discretion, sell the item to finance ongoing operations.
Volunteer Organization:
Let the Heroes Know is a 100% volunteer organization. Our team members generously contribute their time and effort to support our mission.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your generous support of Let the Heroes Know, a charity organization dedicated to serving our heroes. We appreciate your commitment to our mission. Please take a moment to review our Return and Refund Policy.
Cash Donations:
All cash donations made to Let the Heroes Know are considered non-refundable. As a charity organization, your contribution plays a crucial role in supporting our programs and services for Active Duty Service Members, Veterans, and First Responders.
Product Purchases - Defective Items:
If you have purchased a product from Let the Heroes Know and it is found to be defective, we are committed to either replacing the item or providing a full refund.
Please contact our customer service team [email protected] 14 days of receiving the defective item to initiate the return or refund process.
Product Returns - Non-Defective Items:
If you wish to return a non-defective item, the following conditions apply:
The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be in undamaged condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
A full refund, minus shipping costs, will be issued upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item.
